PCB Contamination Assessed by 3TM Consulting

3TM Consulting was retained by several law firms to prepare an Expert Report that described and documented the nature and extent of PCB contamination at and near a manufacturing facility in the Southeast, and in the surrounding public and private properties, including the properties either owned by the Named Plaintiffs or at which the Named Plaintiffs lived and were allegedly exposed to PCBs.

The 3TM Consulting report was prepared to provide a summary of the historical operations of the facility, assess the nature and extent of PCB contamination throughout the city resulting from the release from the facility, assess the fate and transport of PCBs from the facility to the Named Plaintiffs’ properties, and provide a scientific explanation of how the Named Plaintiffs were exposed to the PCBs.
