Damage Assessment and Environmental Restoration:
3TM International can evaluate financial damages as a result of environmental contamination, along with the cost to restore the site to pre-contaminated conditions. This is accomplished by comparing site-specific information on the nature and extent of contamination with pre-contamination and/or background levels. Following the comparison, various remediation technologies can be evaluated, and a series of remediation cost estimates can be generated using various remediation cost models.

Technical Reports and Expert Reports:
Field sampling programs and engineering evaluations are fully documented in formal technical reports, in a variety of formats and level of detail, depending on the client’s needs. Reports typically include a summary of the technical objectives of the work, technical findings, sampling methodology, analytical testing methodology, sample collection field logs, site maps and sketches, CADD drawings, GIS maps, summary of analytical data, and raw field and analytical testing data. 3TM International uses a variety of display techniques, ranging from simple sketches to Computer Aided Design drawings to Surfer plots to Geographic Information System databases. These techniques allow raw environmental data to be stored, manipulated, and displayed in a variety of ways, including spatially and by data attribute. The database can be queried to display the extent of contamination, the location of receptors, and geographic and other features, and combination of features.

Technical Support to Expert Witnesses:
3TM International frequently works closely with other expert witnesses and other parties in planning field data collection, evaluating the significance of data, preparing courtroom exhibits, and providing other necessary technical support. In many instances, 3TM International will assist the experts in assessing the technical merits of the case, and in uncovering the “chinks in the armor” of the opposition.

Depositions, Preparation of Courtroom Exhibits, and Expert Testimony:
Depending on the case, 3TM International will support the litigation process by giving oral depositions, preparing written affidavits and courtroom exhibits, and providing expert testimony in court.
